We may pluck and tweeze to shape our brows, but when the hair is too thin, we need to enhance with pencil and powder for a fuller, picture-perfect look. Here’s how:
Know Where Your Brows Should Start and Stop: Place a brush from the inside of your nose straight up to your brow line. This is where the inside of your brow should start. Then angle the brush from the outside of your nose to the outside of your eye. This is where your brow should end.
Know What You Have to Work With: Brush your brows up with a spoolie brush to see the shape of your brow and where hair is sparse.
Use a Brow Pencil: The pencil should have a fine point so that you can use it to make small lines in small strokes that mimic hair. Choose a color similar to your hair color. Fill in the sparse areas very lightly.
Pressed Power Can Help Define Shape: Using an angled brush, select a powder in a similar color to your hair. Mainly use this in the center; you don’t want defined points at either end of your brow.
Blend Color: Use the spoolie brush again to blend the color you just put in.
Set Your Brows: For a lasting finish, use the Lip Elegance Picture Perfect Eyebrow Sealer to make your brows waterproof while keeping them non-glossy. Simply brush the solution over the eyebrows and allow to dry for 30 to 40 seconds. At the end of the day, remove with your regular cleanser or soap and warm water.
